Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cooked rice, black beans, corn, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together until well mixed and creamy.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Top the casserole with shredded cheddar cheese. If desired, add extra cheese on top for a gooey finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Then, sprinkle with chopped green onions for freshness.
