Method
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients until well mixed.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the warm water and olive oil.
Using a fork or your hands, mix the ingredients together until a shaggy dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes, adding flour as needed, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Shape the dough into a ball, then place it in a lightly oiled bowl, covering it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Once risen, punch the dough down gently and transfer it back to a floured surface.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the dough to your desired thickness, and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top with your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings, then bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
