Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hand to form a small circle.
Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit circle.
Fold the biscuit around the cheese and pinch it closed, rolling it into a ball shape to ensure the cheese is completely sealed inside.
Place each cheese bomb seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs generously with the garlic butter mixture. Make sure to use up all of the leftover mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
