Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content (e.g., in an ebook or course) without a written license.
4. DMCA Takedown Procedure
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe content on FoodishTalk infringes your copyright, submit a written notice containing all the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

5. Counter-Notice
If we remove or disable access to material you posted in response to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notice that must include:
Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone, email, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in Oregon and accepting service of process from the person who sent the original DMCA notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users deemed to be repeat infringers.
