Method
In a medium bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and honey until well combined.
Add in the ground cumin, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly to create a flavorful marinade.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal the bag or cover the dish.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2-4 hours for maximum flavor.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
