In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once heated, add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
Push the turkey to one side of the skillet and add the sliced onion, diced bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is bright green and tender.
Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Pour the sauce into the skillet over the turkey and vegetables, stirring to combine everything well. Allow to simmer for about 2 minutes to heat through.
Drizzle in the sesame oil, mixing it thoroughly into the turkey and veggie mixture. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
Divide cooked brown rice or quinoa into bowls, then top with the turkey and broccoli mixture.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top for added flavor and presentation.
Notes
Adjust the sriracha to your preferred spice level.
