Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground turkey.
Add in the breadcrumbs, chopped onion, celery, garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
Brush half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
During the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the remaining glaze over the meatloaf for an extra layer of flavor.
Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve slices of the meatloaf on a platter, drizzled with extra glaze, and garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color. Accompany with mashed potatoes or a side salad for a complete meal.
