If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
Once blended, use a spatula to transfer the mixture into a piping bag or a large zip-top bag (cutting one corner if you use a zip-top bag).
Pipe the mixture into serving bowls or cups in a swirling motion to create a soft-serve effect.
