Method
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add in the chopped artichoke hearts and drained spinach. Stir until evenly incorporated.
Mix in half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Top the dip with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is golden and melted.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
