Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the sheet.
In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, minced ginger, olive oil, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until they are fully coated. For best flavor, let them marinate for at least 30 minutes—up to 2 hours if you have time.
Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack. This will help them crisp up nicely in the oven.
Bake the wings for 30-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the remaining marinade for an extra layer of flavor (optional).
Serve the wings hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
