Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and lightly grease a baking dish (about 8 inches).
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring continuously until fully melted and smooth.
Once melted, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Evenly distribute the mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and slightly toasted.
Carefully remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Serve warm with graham crackers and fresh fruit slices for dipping.
