Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium oven-safe skillet or baking dish, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream.
Place the skillet in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate starts to melt.
Remove the skillet from the oven and gently stir until the chocolate is smooth and well combined with the cream.
Add vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt, then stir to blend well.
Evenly layer the mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate.
Return the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows become golden brown and toasty.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the crushed graham crackers evenly over the top for added crunch.
Allow the dip to cool slightly before serving it with fresh strawberries and banana slices for dipping.
