Method
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy and light in color, about 2-3 minutes.
Add Eggs and Vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Add Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows: Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs using a spatula until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Scoop the Dough: Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Top and Bake: Press a few extra mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers are still slightly soft.
Cool: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve: Enjoy warm, or store in an airtight container for later.
Prep Time, Total Time, Servings: 15 minutes | 25 minutes | Makes about 24 cookies.
- Presentation Tips: Serve the cookies on a rustic wooden board, drizzling some melted chocolate over the top, and scatter extra graham cracker crumbs around for an added touch of the classic s'mores experience.
