Ingredients

1 cup fresh raspberries

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

4 cups water

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a blender, combine the raspberries, sliced peaches, and half a cup of water. Blend until smooth.

Strain the raspberry-peach mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp. You can use the back of a spoon to help press the juice through.

Add the remaining water to the pitcher, followed by the fresh lemon juice and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar or water.

Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

Serve over ice in chilled glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
