Method
In a tall glass, place 1 scoop of rainbow sherbet at the bottom.
Carefully pour in the lemon-lime soda until the glass is halfway full. Watch the fizzy bubbles rise!
Next, add 1 scoop of sherbet on top of the soda.
Gently pour the club soda over the sherbet, allowing it to fizz and create layers.
Drizzle a tablespoon of grenadine syrup into the glass; it will sink and create a beautiful rainbow effect.
Top the float with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Finish with a sprinkle of colorful sprinkles on top and garnish with a mint leaf if desired.
Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon for scooping up the sherbet!
