Instructions
In a large pot of boiling water, cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are coated in sauce and heated through.
Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top, tossing gently to combine. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
