Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a floured surface, unroll the pizza dough and cut it into strips about 1 inch wide.
Roll each strip into a knot: take one strip, form a loop, then wrap the ends around the loop and tuck them underneath. Place the knot on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir well to create the garlic butter mixture.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over each knot generously, ensuring they’re well coated.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the knots, making sure they are evenly covered.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and puffed up.
Once out of the oven, immediately brush with any leftover garlic butter and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve warm for the best flavor experience.
