Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Carefully stuff each cooked shell with the buffalo chicken mixture.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, seam side up.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions.
