Method
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and pumpkin puree. Whisk continuously until well blended and warm, but do not let it boil.
Once warmed, reduce the heat to low and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and salt. Continue to whisk everything together until the spices are evenly distributed.
Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool briefly.
Pour the creamer into a glass jar or airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week. Shake well before each use.
