Begin by brewing 2 cups of green tea according to package directions. Let it cool to room temperature.
In a large pitcher, combine the cooled green tea and pomegranate juice. Stir well to blend the flavors.
If you desire added sweetness, mix in the honey or agave syrup until fully dissolved.
Gently crush the fresh mint leaves to release their oils and aromas, then add them to the tea mixture and stir.
Just before serving, add ice cubes to the pitcher and pour in the sparkling water, stirring gently to combine.
To serve, fill glasses with the Pomegranate Mint Sparkling Green Tea and garnish each with additional mint leaves and a sprinkle of pomegranate arils.
