In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, dill pickle relish, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard.
Add the finely chopped celery and sliced green onion to the bowl.
Mix everything together until well-combined and creamy.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the ingredients if you prefer more tartness or creaminess.
Take a large lettuce leaf and spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the tuna salad in the center.
Fold the lettuce leaf around the filling like a wrap.
Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and tuna salad.
Optionally, garnish each wrap with fresh dill for an extra pop of flavor.
