Method
In a blender, combine the sliced peaches and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
Strain the peach puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp, pressing with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
In the same pitcher, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and stir well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar or a splash of water.
Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes, and garnish each glass with a fresh mint leaf and a slice of lemon.
