In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Divide the oat mixture evenly into five separate jars or containers.
For the Berry Blast, add the mixed berries directly into one jar and stir gently.
For the Nutty Chocolate, mix in the cocoa powder and chopped nuts into the second jar.
For the Tropical Paradise, layer the banana slices, coconut flakes, and pineapple into the third jar.
For the Apple Cinnamon Delight, stir in the diced apple, cinnamon, and peanut butter into the fourth jar.
For the Savory Spinach Feta, mix in the spinach, crumbled feta, and a drizzle of olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired, into the fifth jar.
Close each jar tightly and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
In the morning, give each jar a good stir, add extra toppings if desired, and enjoy cold or warmed up!
