Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Gradually mix in the crushed vanilla wafers, melted white chocolate, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
Once firm, take two truffles and stack one on top of the other to form the snowman body.
Use mini chocolate chips to create eyes and buttons on the top truffle.
Cut small pieces of orange candy or fondant to shape noses and attach them below the eyes.
Sprinkle coconut flakes around the bottom of the truffles for a snowy base and add sprinkles on top for hats.
Keep the truffles in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
