Instructions
Lay the tortilla flat on a clean, dry surface or plate.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the sliced pepperoni.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top for added flavor.
Starting from one side, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape, making sure the filling stays inside.
Brush the outside of the roll with olive oil to help it crisp up.
Place the roll on a cutting board seam side down. Slice into 1-inch sections.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the slices, cut side down, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
