On each skewer or toothpick, thread a cherry tomato, followed by a mozzarella ball, and then a fresh basil leaf. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the ends for handling.
Arrange the skewers neatly on a serving platter.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the skewers for added flavor.
Season the skewers with salt and pepper to enhance the taste.
For a unique twist, sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top for a slight kick.
