In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, green onions, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and the beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches (do not overcrowd the pan) and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (make sure it's drained of excess water), minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined. Season with salt to taste.
Place the cooked turkey meatballs on a platter alongside a bowl of tzatziki for dipping. You can also serve these meatballs in pita bread or on a bed of fresh greens for a light meal.
