Method
In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
Add the red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are opaque.
Squeeze the juice of the lemons over the cooked shrimp and add the lemon zest. Stir gently to coat all the shrimp evenly.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot, with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
