1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon ginger, grated

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice)

2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)

For Spicy Mayo:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sriracha (or more for extra heat)

1 teaspoon lime juice

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Meatball Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake Meatballs: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and browned on the outside.

Prepare Spicy Mayo: While the meatballs are baking, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and salt in a small bowl until smooth and well-combined. Adjust the spiciness by adding more sriracha if desired.

Garnish: Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds while they’re still hot.

Serve: Serve the meatballs hot with the spicy mayo for dipping.
