Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbling around the edges.
Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with an assortment of fresh veggies and whole grain crackers for dipping.
