Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the bowl and toss until they are well-coated in the marinade. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Thread the marinated vegetables onto skewers, alternating between different types for a colorful presentation.
Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and have nice grill marks.
Remove from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes.
Garnish the skewers with fresh basil leaves for an aromatic touch before serving.
