Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if using) and mix well until smooth.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet to form a rectangular or square shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer, pressing them in slightly to ensure they stick.
Add the chopped nuts and dark chocolate chips over the berries, distributing them evenly.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is completely solid.
Once frozen, remove the bark from the baking sheet and peel off the parchment paper.
Break the bark into pieces of desired size and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
