Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well blended.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast by slicing horizontally, making sure not to cut all the way through.
Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture, evenly distributing it among all four breasts. Secure the openings with toothpicks if necessary.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the stuffed chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Remove from the oven, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves before serving.
