Brew your espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
In a blender, combine the cooled espresso, milk, maple syrup, vanilla ice cream, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker texture, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, adding more maple syrup as desired.
Pour the shake into tall glasses.
Garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt on top for an extra touch of flavor.
