Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, red and yellow bell peppers, and red onion.
Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat all the ingredients with the spices.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serve the fajitas in warm flour tortillas, garnished with fresh cilantro, and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top for added flavor.
