Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese generously on top of the pasta mixture.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
