Method
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
