Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, steamed broccoli, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well-coated.
Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the pasta mixture.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Once baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
