Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, broccoli florets, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed and coated with the sauce.
Transfer the mixture into a large baking dish (about 9x13 inches).
Top the pasta mixture with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly spread across the top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for an added pop of color and freshness.
