Instructions
In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm, but do not bring it to a boil.
Add the brewed espresso, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar to the warmed milk. Whisk continuously until the cocoa and sugar are completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract, and continue to heat for another minute.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of four martini glasses for an elegant touch.
Pour the mocha mixture into each glass, filling them about three-quarters full.
Top each martini with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Finish with a sprinkle of cocoa nibs or dark chocolate shavings for an added luxurious touch.
Notes
Serve with a small plate of dark chocolate truffles on the side for a truly indulgent experience.
