About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the chicken. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once ready, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
