Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat all the sprouts evenly.
Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping. The sprouts should be golden brown and crispy.
If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts during the last 2 minutes of cooking to let it melt slightly.
Once done, remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice over them for an extra zing.
