Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, onion powder, and both cheeses (mozzarella and Parmesan) into the mixture. Stir well to combine.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
