Ingredients
2
cups
white chocolate chips
1
can
sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
1
cup
eggnog (store-bought or homemade)
1
teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1
cup
chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
to taste
whipped cream and additional nutmeg for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Add the eggnog, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
If using nuts, fold them into the fudge mixture.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut it into squares.
For a festive touch, top each square with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg before serving.
Notes
For a festive touch, arrange the fudge squares on a decorative platter and garnish with fresh cranberries and mint leaves.
