In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, fresh cilantro leaves, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and cumin powder.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
If the dressing is too thick, add a little water, one tablespoon at a time, blending in between until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
Once the dressing is creamy and well-seasoned, transfer it to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
