Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it's steaming but not boiling.
Add the pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract to the milk. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
Remove the saucepan from heat and use an immersion blender (or a frother) to create a frothy texture. If you don’t have either, you can vigorously whisk the mixture until frothy.
In a large mug, pour the brewed coffee or espresso.
Pour the hot pumpkin milk mixture over the coffee, stirring gently to combine.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of extra pumpkin pie spice.
