In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic powder, black pepper, and Caesar dressing. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese. This will be your fresh filling.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Place one tortilla in the skillet and warm it for about 30 seconds on each side until soft. Remove and repeat with the remaining tortillas.
To assemble the wrap, take one warmed tortilla and layer it with a generous portion of the chicken mixture, followed by the lettuce, tomato, and Parmesan blend.
Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to enclose the filling securely.
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and arrange them on a plate. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
