Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they're tender and starting to brown.
Stir in the cooked turkey, frozen peas, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to bubble gently for about 5 minutes.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
In a large bowl, combine the drained pasta with the turkey and sauce mixture, mixing until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for an added touch.
Notes
