In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and fully blended.
Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches).
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the top is lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
