Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan or a deep oven-safe dish with melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with half of the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
Pour half of the remaining garlic butter mixture over the cheese layer.
Add the remaining biscuit pieces on top, followed by the rest of the cheese and remaining garlic butter mixture.
Use a spatula to press down gently to ensure that everything is compact.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter. Serve warm and pull apart to enjoy!
